Dive in Habečkovo abyss

On Saturday 5th of march Marjan and I helped a diving team in Habečkovo brezno. The star of the dive was Simon Burja the rest of us were more or less porters. This was third of four dives. The length of siphon is now 400 with a total depth of 138m.

Cave entrance.
We lugged heavy diving equipment.
Simon was waiting for us at the very end of the cave. As we arrived he started preparations.
There wasn't much room.
We descended Simon in to water.
After four hours Simon returned. We had a snack and headed on a hard way up. We surfaced at 3 in the morning.
A cave can take it's toll on photographic equipment. This time it was a tripod. The four meter fall of a bag containing tripod and case with photo equipment was fatal fatal for the tripod.
